Fusion of yoga, strength training and cardio training to tone, build endurance and elongate the muscles in the body. Not your typical yoga class. The music is upbeat and the vinyasas are interrupted by quick bursts of cardio to create a strong interval style class. Please bring your own mat. Great for all abilities from athlete to beginner.
