This hybrid of the willPower Method exercises infused with movements of ballet barre skills. The goal of this full-body muscular endureance workout is to bring local muscle groups to the point of fatique, and then stretch and lengthen them. The result creates long, lean, toned and healthy muscles. We are the first facility in Michigan to offer this willPower program!
